Beautiful old farmhouse, formerly the village inn, next to a 15th century black and white church. Lawns and cottage garden covering a third of an acre. Horses graze on 7 acres of pasture.

In Cheshire Peak District, yet central for Capesthorne, Gawsworth and Little Moreton Hall, Quarry Bank Mill and Tatton Park. Many gardens within an hours motoring. Buxton and hill walks are 30 minutes drive.

Road Directions

From Macclesfield follow the A537 towards Knutsford. At Monks Heath traffic lights turn left and follow the A34 to Congleton for 2 miles. Turn left at crossroads and the farm is 100 yards on the right.

From M6, jct 18, follow signs for Holmes Chapel and then Macclesfield on A535. At Jodrell Bank turn right towards Macclesfield on B5392. After 3 miles cross the crossroads and the farm is 100yds on B5392 (Pexhill Road) next to village church.
