This exhibition is a collection of work by textile artists of ‘Threadmill’; this group has exhibited widely and is of a high standard. It includes work by a collection of 10 artists all who take a different approach to textile art, using a variety of techniques including hand and machine embroidery, applique, metal and glass work, needle felting, prints and transfers, water colours and acrylic paintings and much more.Each takes inspiration from various places and people, which creates dramatic results in their work. Their pieces are for sale and entry to the exhibition is free of charge.
